Pricing— All Pricing on the BitCoin World Market is subject to change at any time. All orders placed are subject to immediate refund at BitCoin World Market's discretion if there is found to be a mistaken price due to negligence, oversight, malfunction, or wholesale price change. BitCoin World Market reserves the right to invalidate any order that it deems for any reason to be exploiting said mistaken pricing.
Shipping, Returns, and Taxes/Fees
Shipping and return policy varies by product. Please see the individual product for more information. Approved refunds will occur in the currency they are submitted in. (Please read our Bitcoin Virtual Currency section below for more details)
All returns and or refunds must be approved before the item is returned to us. Please do not send any products back without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). Additional fees will apply if we receive an item without an approved RMA# up to but not over the original price of the product to have it re-shipped to the correct return address.
Any items that are refused, or returned due to incorrect or invalid address issues may have up to a $20 fee added in order for it to be refunded or re-sent including additional shipping.
Please check the individual items before ordering whether they available to be shipped to your destination country. We are not responsible for any Tarriff, Duty, Taxes, VAT's, or other fees incurred by receiving your order. We also cannot lower the declared value of any order on any customs forms or label them as "gift" as this is illegal for both us and our vendors.

You agree that if for whatever reason an issue arises with your order where a refund is applicable, you will provide us with a valid bitcoin address that is yours and the refunded amount will equal to the amount you would receive in USD $ Dollars at current exchange price at the time the refund is issued.
2. You agree not to use BitCoin World Market as a vehicle for speculative investing in Bitcoin.
3. You agree to not hold BitCoin World Market liable for price or value changes in the bitcoin market between the time you purchase on our site and your transaction has been fulfilled to completion. The purchase price of all our goods and services is calculated at market price at the time of your order submission.
4. You agree that if the bitcoin market drops or rises more than 20% between when your order is placed and we receive your bitcoin BitCoin World Market reserves the right to return your bitcoin in full and ask you to place your order again in either USD or Bitcoin. (We suggest you include the optional transaction fee of .01 BTC to .0005 BTC to increase the speed of transmission)
