Shipping and return policy varies by product. Please see the individual product for more information. Approved refunds will occur in the currency they are submitted in. (Please read our Bitcoin Virtual Currency section below for more details)

For Defective products you have 7 days to contact us and report the defect. Returns made after 15 days for any other reason than incorrect Item sent or defective product may have up to a 20% restocking fee added. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns on food products for any reason except damage in transit.

All returns and or refunds must be approved before the item is returned to us. Please do not send any products back without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). Additional fees will apply if we receive an item without an approved RMA# up to but not over the original price of the product to have it re-shipped to the correct return address.

Any items that are refused, or returned due to incorrect or invalid address issues may have up to a $20 fee added in order for it to be refunded or re-sent including additional shipping. This is a charge passed on to us by the carrier and product vendor.

Please check the individual items before ordering whether they available to be shipped to your destination country. We are not responsible for any Tarriff, Duty, Taxes, VAT's, or other fees incurred by receiving your order. We also cannot lower the declared value of any order on any customs forms or label them as "gift" as this is illegal for both us and our vendors.
